5x7 Postcard 

This piece like all my pieces means the world to me, as my creations are an extension of myself. Art is my compulsion, it is my obsession, it’s my everything. Wielding a paint brush like a weapon, I’m forcefully making space for the uncomfortable conversations. Sitting in the discomfort of vulnerability I share my struggles with bipolar disorder. Rose Coloured is an exploration into one of my manic episodes. A space I'v named Phantasmal. Phantasmal is the high in my cycle littered with glitter and gold. Confident and proud with a sinister twist.  With every climax there is an inevitable fall. This decent ever present, begins to infiltrate my candy coloured fantasy being me back to the decay of reality.
