Sister Tube

Sister Tube is a visual metaphor for the invisible conduit that connects siblings, especially sisters, through unspoken communication and inherited emotional roles. Within this psychic tube, messages flow silently—expectations, loyalties, fears, and family rules never voiced aloud but deeply understood. In many families, each sibling is unconsciously chosen to forge the path. These roles are not freely chosen, but assigned by the invisible architecture of the family system. This transmission is both a source of intimacy and a mechanism of harm: a sacred tether and a trap.
