The composition is constructed using the artist’s own face, with repetition and duplication reflecting the complex relationship one has with themselves. This repeated self-image becomes an allegory for generations—each iteration a reflection of who we are, and who we will become. What words do we tell ourselves, and how do they shape our perceptions of the world? How does our inner dialogue not only influence our present selves but also shape the next version of us—the children and future generations who carry our essence forward? Through this lens, the self becomes both a reflection of the past and a precursor to the future, a continuum of evolving identity passed down across time.
